Can a foreigner rent without a local property guarantor?

Yes. Foreigners and newcomers may apply for a Fianzar rental guarantee. Every application is reviewed case by case and approval is not automatic.

Can you review income earned outside Argentina?

Foreign income, employment documents, freelance contracts and bank statements may be considered as part of the review.

How long does pre-approval take?

When the requested documentation is complete, Fianzar may provide a pre-approval response within 24 hours.

What can the rental guarantee cover?

Depending on the lease, coverage can include rent, building expenses, AySA and municipal taxes or ABL.
